MOVA Shipping Policy

Every MOVA order is packed with care and shipped from Chicago, Illinois.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, and a second email with tracking when it ships.
2. Shipping Rates — United States
- Flat rate: $5.99 on all orders under $75

FREE shipping on orders of $75 or more
Rates are shown at checkout before payment. We currently ship to all 50 US states.
3. Delivery Time
Once shipped, standard delivery within the United States takes an estimated 3–5 business days. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
4. Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Your tracking number arrives by email in your shipping confirmation, and an order status page link is included so you can follow your package at any time. Please allow up to 24 hours after your shipping email for tracking to update in the carrier's system.
5. Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. MOVA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If you spot an error, email support@movacloset.com immediately — if the order has not shipped, we will correct it free of charge. Address changes cannot be made once an order is in transit.
6. Shipping Delays
Delays can occur due to severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or incorrect addresses. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice.
7. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, email support@movacloset.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
8. Pre-Order Items
Pieces priced at $100 and above are pre-orders, ordered especially for you. Estimated total delivery for pre-orders is 7–14 business days from your order date. Orders mixing in-stock and pre-order items ship together when the pre-order piece arrives.
9. International Shipping
At this time, MOVA ships within the United States only. We are working on international delivery and will update this policy as soon as it becomes available.
10. Returns and Refunds
Changed your mind? Our full Return and Refund Policy is posted on its own page: returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, and refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
